Paying off Senators with cash obviously is, and much cleaner that what Don Surber is reporting on:
Ben Nelson of Nebraska gets:
“As Part Of The Deal To Win Democratic Sen. Ben Nelson’s Support, The Federal Government Will Fund Nebraska’s New Medicaid Recipients.” (“Ben Nelson’s Medicaid Deal,” Politico, 12/19/09)
He has put together a list of six senators that held out for the goodies for their respective states. My simple question is, what is the legality around have separate and different Federal rules for each state?
