The Biggest Cheat of them All

without comments

It wouldn’t be sooo bad if he were simply one of us, a private citizen… However, when he is the Chairman of the House Ways & Mean committee, should we hold him to a different standard? Thankfully, that doesn’t affect Rep Rangel when it comes to reporting his net worth or taxes; double what he said it was and gosh, I don’t know does he pay any?

With what is looking to be a failure on Health Care, a few have been asking if the Obama administration can be saved.

Thankfully, the White House has cancelled flag@whitehouse.gov. It was an attempt to get people to report on their fellow citizen… Why wouldn’t that work?

What Stimulus

with one comment

Oh, that is right. The one that HAD to be passed immediately to save the US Economy. It turns out that 57% of Americans don’t see it as working and 60% don’t think it will help the economy at all.

People Power

without comments

Citizens are pushing for constitutional conventions. When faced with such a lackluster congress, it is time that people take their lives and government back into their own hands.

C.A.R.S. Doesn’t Work?

with one comment

What a surprise… It has decimated the car lots (which I guess is a good thing), except for two reasons:

  • None of the dealers have been paid yet (personal experience)
  • The dealers are predicting that essentially all future sales have been pushed up

To recap, the program isn’t affective as increasing fuel standards, the dealers are shouldering the bulk of the costs, and it may not even be helping the car manufacturers.
